To that end, Lincoln Arts Council will enlist the integrity of partnering artists and arts organizations to become a trusted service. Participating partners are responsible for the content entered into ArtScene.org, and Lincoln Arts Council reserves the right to review any information that is posted, now and in the future. Lincoln Arts Council reserves the right to refuse to post, edit, or remove any information that is, in its sole discretion deemed, unacceptable, and undesirable.
While every effort is made to ensure that information on ArtScene.org is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that information is complete or accurate and cannot assume liability for information that is inaccurate, incomplete or results in inconvenience to the user. As a user, you agree to accept information knowing that it is best to contact event organizers to confirm times and locations. Inaccurate information can be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do collect information when you register, or signup to receive our eNewsletter. We do NOT give that information to other parties.
Updating of Website Use Policy
The Lincoln Arts Council reserves the right to update our website use policy and to post that information in this location. Notification that changes have occurred will be posted but it is the responsibility of the user to read the changes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions upon click of acceptance, it is understood that you agree to future agreements as well.
