Lucy Buntain Comine

Board Member

Lucy has served as a past board member of the Lied Advisory Board, Sheldon Advisory Board, Nebraska Arts Council, Lincoln Symphony, Lincoln Community Playhouse, Junior League, Pinewood Bowl, and Lincoln Senior Foundation. She is a past member of the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts and the Democratic Central Committee. Lucy currently serves on the boards of Medici, Rep Theater and Ross Film Theater. She hopes that her passion for the arts combined with her appreciation of Lincoln will enable her to be a valuable LAC Board member. She would like to assist to implement programs and projects that enrich arts organizations in Lincoln and be an ambassador for the Arts Council. One of her most rewarding volunteer experiences was producing the annual Pinewood Bowl summer musical which brought together many members of the community with diverse talents to create musical theater. She is currently serving on the LAC Resource Development Committee.
