2. Have you read our mission statement lately?

Here's the first line: "it is our mission at the Lincoln Arts Council to inspire a creative community through promoting, cultivating and sustaining the arts in Lincoln."

So how do we inspire a creative community when all of us reading this newsletter know how awesomely creative the arts community is in Lincoln?

Well...read closer. Inspiring a creative community means audiences and how are we doing that this, our 45th year, with a fun challenge. We are running wild with a destination Arts challenge. Attend 6 events from August 2012 - August 2013 from a variety of categories like Visual Arts, Dance, Music, Theatre or Film - fill in your scorecard that is included in the membership mailing, get it back to us and you'll be entered in a drawing for some fun art night rewards!
