Electrophonic

Annual Electrophonic Show Scheduled at LNS

LINCOLN, NE – Electrophonic is an incredible combination of music, choreography, lights, rhythm & performance art and has become the pinnacle of instrumental performance at Lincoln North Star High School.  The production is modeled after performances like STOMP, BLAST and BLUE MAN GROUP where the movement of bodies and objects are choreographed to music, lights and sounds using everyday objects in non-traditional ways.  Past performances have used garbage cans, brooms, pvc pipe and even brake drums.

Two low-dough shows are offered on Thursday and Friday, May 3 & 4 at the North Star Auditorium located at 5801 North 33rd street in Lincoln.  Show time is 7pm each night.  Tickets are just $4 each and are available at the door one hour before each show.  Kids 6 and under are free.

If you really want to make a night of it, come to the pre-show dinner and silent auction on Friday, May 6 for only $5.00 more.  Your choice of pulled pork or beef brisket sandwich with potato salad, chips, pickle, dessert bar and beverage.  Dinner reservations are required and the reservation form can be found at http://lns.lps.org
