About Angels Theatre Company
Angels Theatre Company has been creating theatrical performance in Lincoln and touring Nebraska since the early 1990's. A coffee shop conversation between Sherry Cole, Pippa White and Judy Hart grew into "Zeal Grace and Transformation" a site-specific multidisciplinary performance piece created for the St. Francis Chapel, followed by years of production at the 7th Street Loft and the Loft at the Mill. All the while, ATC was creating new work focusing on women and their stories. In 2009, the Loft at the Mill ceased to exist and Sheldon Museum, the Carson Theatre and UNL's Studio Theatre became our sometime performance homes. Today Angels Theatre Company focuses on theatre literature with the Salon Reading Series, New Work Development Series, Play Writing Collective and First Flight Festivals. Angels Theatre Company creates engaging theatre to promote artistic growth, foster community relationships and raise social awareness. www.angelscompany.org
