Artist-In-Residence Program Campaign Off and Running

The 2012 artist-in-residence support drive is under way and off to a wonderful start! We are very grateful to our patrons who have shown their support.

Over the last several years, the Lincoln Arts Council has partnered with the Lincoln Public Schools to provide unique arts experiences for LPS students. The AmeriCorps program is a key component in the success of the artist-in-residence program. Without AmeriCorps assistance, it would be a challenge for the program to get off the ground, but with their help, each year the programs soar, and students are given the opportunity to unlock their artistic potential.
