Info: #39 Lance Armstrong’s courage rides in the Tour de France, despite the tremendous challenges he faced, inspired Tour de Lance. Todd Miller torch-cut the wheels to give the impression of speed and fashioned the rider from excess material from the wheels. The original fenders, which are not on racing bikes, are inlaid in the tires for a speedier effect. Sponsors: John and Catherine Angle
