We brought Mexican art activities to the International Quilt Museum’s Dia de los Muertos celebration on Saturday. Artist Kendra Limon led families through a creative afternoon that celebrated Mexico’s rich heritage. The Lincoln High Mariachi Band kept things lively. The arts are a culture’s heartbeat, and we were proud to have this event as part of our Connect to Create Initiative.
