Our Emerging Artist Program is Expanding

Due to an overwhelming interest in our “emerging artist” scholarships, the Lincoln Arts Festival (LAF) will be expanding the Emerging Artist Program this year!  The 2022 summer event will now feature twelve Lincoln artists who have never experienced selling in a festival atmosphere.  We are so excited to welcome these fresh faces to the world of fine art festival sales! To effectively help and empower new participants, Lincoln Arts is providing our budding creators with a variety of resources, including guidance from experienced festival sellers and the chance to showcase and sell at additional smaller scale events leading up to the Festival.  With so many amazing local artists to choose from, this year’s selection process was especially difficult.  Fortunately, we have more amazing opportunities to offer this year!  Notably, a small selection of emerging artist applicants will be invited to showcase at a special LAF pop up at other local arts events this year. We are thrilled to find new ways to support our growing artists and cannot wait to help them thrive in the months to ahead!
